Briian's Life Verse: "For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ" (2 Corinthians 4:6).
A book that Brian is presently reading: "Learning Styles: Reaching Everyone God Gave You" by Marlene Lefever. "Helps me understand how learning styles enable me to reach others."
What Brian loves about the ministry: "I love the ministry because it allows me to use my God-given abilities to impact God's people for His kingdom."

Brian Robinson retired after 20 years with the Marine Corps in August of 2007. He served a tour of duty in Iraq where he experienced firsthand God’s protection in harm’s way. Brian knows what it means to be a soldier for his country. And now he is actively involved on the frontlines of ministry for his High Captain, Jesus Christ. In fact, Brian has accepted God’s call to serve as an Evangelist as well as Northside’s Youth Director. Brian is presently taking courses from Piedmont Baptist College.

Our teens participate in monthly Youth Rallies held across the region. They compete with other church teen departments in a fast-paced “Sword Drill” and “Bible Quiz” that requires skill and proficiency in knowing the Bible. Northside’s teens have won many trophies over the years.

The Teen Department enjoys a wide range of activities through the year, but none compare to going to summer camp! The mountain setting and variety of activities combine with relevant, life-changing Bible teaching and prayer. As a result, more decisions for Christ are made at the
Silver State Youth Camp than at any other time.
