Pastor David Armstrong is a former Marine who was stationed in Denver when another Marine invited him to visit Northside. After his enlistment ended, David felt the Lord was calling him to preach, and he joined the ranks of the church staff. David holds Master of Ministry and Doctor of Theology degrees from Covington Theological Seminary.

David is an Associate Pastor at Northside. He organizes the church’s two main outreach ministries: neighborhood canvassing and the church visitation program. He also helps keep track of those who are sick or scheduled for surgery in our congregation.

Pastor David is the Sunday School Superintendent. He regularly meets with the teachers and sees that they have the needed materials and programs to achieve their goals. He himself is the Young Adult Class teacher. And recently, he was promoted to Dean of Students of NBI. David preaches regularly and is always a great blessing to the congregation.
